Setting up POP3 accounts in Entourage (Mac)
Entourage is a standard email client for the Apple Mac. Below is a guide to configuring Entourage to access your email.
In the examples below you should replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name
Creating a new account

Select Tools and the Accounts. You will see a screen similar to the one above. Select New and a window below should now appear. Type in the name that you want people to see when you send them an email. Then click the forward arrow.

Next enter your email address as in the picture below. Then click the forward arrow.

You will now see the screen below. Select Pop from the drop down menu. In the box marked Incoming mail server type in pop. and then your domain name. In the box marked Outgoing (SMTP) mail server enter the SMTP server of your ISP. For example if you are dialling up with BT you might enter smtp.btinternet.com or mail.btopenworld.com. If you are unsure of what your SMTP server is then ask your ISP or visit their website and check their FAQs or technical support section. Then click the forward arrow.

Now enter your account name and password. Your account name will be catchall@yourdomain.com and the password will have been provided when you set up your account. If you have lost this information please email info@toasting.co.uk and we will re-send.
Then click the forward arrow.

Finally enter a name for this account this is for display purposes only. Then click the finish buttons and your new account has been created.
